1、Product Description
The hybrid semi-physical matting agent SC6006 is a compound chemical matting agent based on acrylic resin, mainly used for powder coating matting in epoxy/polycool systems. It has excellent matting properties in 50/50 and 60/40 resins. SC6006 contains certain reactive groups and has a 1:1 reaction ratio with epoxy resins.

3、Application and Performance
1. SC6006 can be used at a dosage of 1 ~ 5% of the total powder coating formulation, and can achieve a minimum of 2% gloss.
2. No significant selectivity to polycool resins, suitable for almost all 50/50, 60/40 type of polycool resins, the coating has excellent leveling, excellent mechanical properties and weathering performance.
3. It is not recommended to add accelerator/catalyst to the formulation to improve the impact performance, catalyst may cause the gloss to rise or leveling to fall.
4. Mix at high speed with the other ingredients of the formulation and extrude on the extruder.

5、Packaging, Storage and Precautions
1. Packaged in woven bags lined with plastic bags, net weight 25kg.
2. Keep in a cool and dry place, keep the product sealed after use. This product is irritating to the respiratory tract, use dust mask, gloves and other protective equipment when operating.
3. Valid for 1 year at room temperature.
