1、Product Description
Smooth degassing agent SC502 is a modified synthetic microcrystalline wax used as a degassing agent for powder coatings. It has good outgassing and anti-yellowing properties and can be used as an alternative to benzine in powder coatings to improve defects such as eliminating pinholes and improving yellowing.

3、Application and Performance
1. Helps to reduce the melt viscosity of powder coatings and improve the wetting of the resin on the substrate and the dispersion of the pigment.
2. With heat resistance and anti-yellowing properties, it can be applied to various systems of powder coatings, especially HAA curing system powder coatings, which can prepare thick coating, bubble-free, non-yellowing powder coatings.
3. It can improve the scratch resistance of the coating surface.
4. Pre-mixed before melt extrusion, 0.5~1.5% of the total powder coating, excessive use may produce matting effect.
4、Packaging, Storage and Precautions
1. Packaging: 20kg polyethylene lined multi-layer packaging.
2. Keep in a cool and dry place, keep the product sealed after use. This product is irritating to the respiratory tract, use dust mask, gloves and other protective equipment when operating.
3. Valid for 1 year at room temperature.
