1、Product Description
Hybrid physical matting agent SC6005 is an acrylic resin based hybrid matting agent that does not consume epoxy resins and is mainly used for matting powder coatings in epoxy/polycool systems, SC6005 can provide a minimum of 3% gloss. It provides good mechanical properties, excellent levelling and excellent resistance to yellowing.

3、Application and Performance
1. Used in hybrid powder coatings with no significant selectivity for polycool resins.
2. Contains no wax components and does not affect the recoat and transfer properties of the coating.
3.The dosage is 1-5% of the total weight of the formulation, depending on the desired gloss, together with the other ingredients of the formulation.Mix at high speed and extrude on an extruder.
4. The addition of accelerators/catalysts to the formulation to improve impact properties is not recommended as this may result in a rise in gloss and a reduction in leveling.

5、Packaging, Storage and Precautions
1. Packed in woven bags lined with plastic bags, net weight 25 kg.
2. Store in a cool and dry place, keep the product sealed after use. This product is irritating to the respiratory tract, use dust mask, gloves and other protective equipment when operating.
3. Valid for 1 year at room temperature.
