1、Product Description
Anti-yellowness defoamer SC505, is a modified benzoin. It can greatly improve the high temperature baking performance of benzoin and prevent yellowing of benzoin at high temperature, and has a good defoaming effect in powder coatings. It has a good degassing effect and anti-yellowing property, and can improve the surface defects of the coating film and eliminate pinholes.

3、Application and Performance
1. This product is suitable for all types of powder coatings.
2. It has better heat resistance and anti-yellowing properties than benzoin, especially for HAA curing system powder coatings, which can prepare thick coating, bubble-free and non-yellowing powder coatings.
3. Pre-mixed prior to melt extrusion, 0.4-1.0% of the total powder coating quantity. The exact amount should be determined by test.
4、Packaging, Storage and Precautions
1. Packed in woven bags lined with plastic bags, net weight 25kg.
2. Keep in a cool and dry place, keep the product sealed after use. This product is irritating to the respiratory tract, use dust mask, gloves and other protective equipment when operating.
3. Valid for 1 year at room temperature.
