Sanding agent SC305 is a modified fluorine product which can be used in all types of powder coatings to achieve very fine to coarse fine art sanding effects.

3、Application and Performance
1. This product can be applied to all types of powder coatings to produce sand patterns.
2. Generally, it accounts for 0.1~0.4% of the total formula quantity, the specific amount should be determined by test.
3. When applying this product, bentonite can be added appropriately to adjust the sanding effect and gloss.
4. Pre-mix with other materials in the formula, then extrude at normal temperature.
5. Note that the product absorbs moisture, which will easily cause poor dispersion effect, and can be used after pre-dispersion.
4、Packaging, Storage and Precautions
1. Packed in cardboard drums lined with plastic bags, net weight 20/25kg
2. Keep in a cool and dry place, keep the product sealed after use.
3. Valid for 1 year at room temperature.
