SC702 is a floating agent with an acrylic cool resin component, suitable for use in all types of powder coatings to produce hammered or wrinkled effects.

3、Application and Performance
1. This product is added in the post-mixing way when producing powder coatings, not with other materials in the formulation of premixed extrusion, otherwise no pattern can be obtained. Add 0.1~0.4% of the powder, then mix with the powder, the specific amount will be determined by test.
2. When applying this product, it is generally not necessary to add levelling agent, brightening agent and benzoin, thus saving the cost of making powder. When the bottom appears, a small amount of levelling agent can be added to adjust the pattern effect;
3. When the amount of filler is large, the pattern is small and shallow, when the amount of filler is small, the pattern is large and deep and easy to reveal the bottom.
4. The pattern is small when the amount of floating agent is large, the pattern is large when the amount is small; the coarser the particle size of floating agent, the larger the texture.
5. SC702 can only be used in the way of post-mixing, and needs to be used after sieving when lumping occurs.
4、Packaging, Storage and Precautions
1. Packed in woven bags lined with plastic bags, net weight 25 kg.
2. Keep in a cool and dry place. This product is irritating to the respiratory tract, use dust mask, gloves and other protective equipment when operating.
