1、Product Description
This product is a composite polyvinyl TGIC outdoor weathering powder coating matting agent that provides a minimum gloss of 7% or less, a coating with good leveling and excellent anti-yellowing properties, and good adaptability to resins.

3、Application and Performance
1. This product is applied to polyester/TGIC powder system, need to consume a certain amount of TGIC (every 10 parts consume 1 part of TGIC), the amount of 2-5%;
2. The resin is generally chosen as a low viscosity, slow reacting polyvinyl.
3. This product has excellent over-baking stability, anti-yellowing properties, no effect on leveling and mechanical properties.
4. This product does not contain wax and will not affect the transfer.
5. It is recommended to control the extrusion temperature around 90-100C, too high extrusion temperature will lead to a rise in gloss, curing conditions at 190°C/15 minutes ~ 200C/12 minutes.

5、Packaging, Storage and Precautions
1. Packed in woven bags lined with plastic bags, net weight 25kg.
2. Keep in a cool and dry place, keep the product sealed after use.
3. Valid for 1 year at room temperature.
