1、Product Description
The weathering matting curing agent SC600 is a glycidyl acrylate copolymer that can be used with HAA or TGIC to effectively matte antelope based polyvinyl powder coatings. The gloss of the film can be adjusted by changing the ratio of curing agent/HAA (TGIC) to a minimum of 3% at 60°.

3、Application and Performance
1. This product is used for matting of outdoor dual curing systems. By using 70% of this product and 30% of the HAA/TGIC dual curing system, a gloss of 1-5% can be obtained. It can be controlled to obtain different gloss by changing the ratio of the amount of this product and HAA/TGIC. The total amount of matting curing agent and hardener should not be less than 100% of the theoretical amount.
2. SC600 can obtain gloss as low as 1-2%. SC600-1 has a slightly higher gloss, but has better film fineness and fullness.
SC600-1 matting curing agent can be used without or with less levelling agent.
4. Different polycool resins and fillers will have an effect on the matting effect, please check the sample before use.
5. Adding imidazole catalysts appropriately can effectively improve impact performance.
4、Packaging, Storage and Precautions
1. Packed in woven bags lined with plastic bags, net weight 25kg.
2. Keep in a cool and dry place, keep the product sealed after use. Use dust mask, gloves and other protective equipment when handling.
3. Valid for 1 year at room temperature.
