1、Product Description
Anti-thousand disturbance agent SC2205, a modified acrylic polymer, added to powder coating formulations, can significantly improve the anti-disturbance performance of powder coatings, remove surface defects such as shrinkage, pockmarks and fish eyes, and improve the quality of powder coatings. It is particularly suitable for common low cost polyvinyl.

3、Application and Performance
1. Adding amount 0.2-0.6%. Energy efficient to eliminate shrinkage, fish eyes, improve the leveling and surface effect of the coating film, but can not replace the brightening agent.
2. It can improve the crosslink density of the coating film and the chemical resistance of the coating film.
3. No significant effect on the other properties of the coating film.
4. Does not interfere with the blank highlighting powder Never cross-interfere with the brightening agent.

1. Packed in woven bags lined with plastic bags, net weight 25kg.
2. Keep in a cool and dry place, keep the product sealed after use. This product is irritating to the respiratory tract, use dust mask, gloves and other protective equipment when operating.
3. Valid for 1 year at room temperature.
