3、Application and Performance
1.This product is widely used in pure epoxy type, mixed type, pure poly vinyl type, and polyurethane cool and other thermo setting powder coatings, can improve the use of products weathering performance.
2.Better eliminate fish eye, shrinkage phenomenon, reduce the surface tension of the coating film, improve the gloss of the coating film.
3. Improve the wetting of substrates and reduce orange peel.
4. No silicone component, does not affect recoat adhesion.
5. The amount of this product is added according to the specific situation, generally 0.6-1.5% of the total amount, No containing of wetting accelerator, the user can adjust the formula according to the situation.
4、Packaging, Storage and Precautions
1. Packed in woven bags lined with plastic bags, net weight 25kg.
2. Keep in a cool and dry place, keep the product sealed after use. This product is irritating to the respiratory tract, use a dust mask and protective equipment such as gloves when operating.
3. Store at room temperature for 1 year.
