Member of the County Committee of the CPPCC

Feng Jie

Feng Jie is a member of the 10th Suichang County Committee of the CPPCC and Chairman of Zhejiang Shuangcai Company.

As a new resident of Suichang, Feng Jie's story with the county began four years ago. In 2020, shortly after arriving in Suichang, he completed the acquisition of Zhejiang Shuangcai Company. Subsequently, with a unique strategic vision and forward-looking business perspective, he carried out bold reforms of the company. From promoting the intelligent and automated transformation of the enterprise to researching and launching a series of best-selling products such as anti-interference agents and matting agents for indoor and outdoor powder coatings, in just two or three years, Feng Jie integrated external resources and encouraged internal innovation, making Shuangcai Company one of the major manufacturers of powder coating additives and making significant contributions to the development of China's domestic powder coating additive industry.

In 2022, in recognition of his numerous contributions to Suichang's economic development, Feng Jie was appointed as a member of the County Committee of the CPPCC. Since taking up his duties, he has always set strict demands on himself and actively offered suggestions focusing on the overall development of the county. In 2023, he participated in the "Invite You to Negotiate" event (Industrial Cluster Development) held by the Suichang County Committee of the CPPCC, and delivered a keynote speech entitled "Several Suggestions on Scientific and Technological Innovation and Talent Work", which aroused widespread resonance. Based on reality, he actively compiled and submitted member proposals focusing on the prominent problems existing in enterprise talent recruitment and introduction, proposing to further give play to the main role of enterprises in talent recruitment and retention, which was highly recognized by all sectors of society.

As a CPPCC member, beyond his work, Feng Jie pays close attention to people's livelihood hotspots, actively participates in member activities and puts forward a series of targeted suggestions. In 2023, when participating in the "Livelihood Discussion Hall" activities of Suichang Economic Development Zone and Yunfeng Sub-district, through in-depth research, he actively offered suggestions for the construction of Yunfeng - Industrial New City. He proposed to create a sound external environment for enterprises to recruit and retain talents by strengthening the construction of public service products such as public transportation and medical security, solve the inconvenience in the lives of enterprise employees, and provide new ideas for local enterprises to retain talents.

In daily life, Feng Jie regards Suichang as his home and actively promotes the county's beautiful mountains and rivers as well as its profound cultural heritage to the outside world. Relying on Suichang's harmonious home culture, he organized the company's customers to come to Suichang for bamboo shoot digging and tea picking, which won unanimous praise from the customers. In addition, he is enthusiastic about charity causes. In 2023, he organized the activity of "Caring for Party Members and Delivering Warmth, Shuangcai Gathers Strength to Fulfill Micro Wishes", and actively helped the masses solve their difficulties by visiting and comforting needy families. Looking to the future, he said: "Suichang is my home. As a CPPCC member and a new resident of Suichang, I will always remember the responsibilities and missions of a CPPCC member and do my utmost to make due contributions to the construction of Suichang."
